Your Purchase: You will receive an exclusive work of art by Pam Pahl. The artist signs each card and reproduction. All Giclee prints are limited editions, printed on 100% rag paper with a neutral pH to ensure years of enjoyment. A biography of the artist and a Certificate of Authenticity is included with each print.

Shipping and Handling Charges: The standard shipping and handling charge is $6.50 for each address within the contiguous U.S. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped via the United States Postal Service. Also, APO/FPO and Post Office Box orders will be shipped via the United States Postal Services. Large prints, card quantities or originals will require additional charges and Pam will contact you with specific charges.

International Shipping: Delivery charges will vary when shipping to another country. For international deliveries, please call or fax us. Recipients may be responsible for duties and taxes.

Shipping Conditions: The contents of each order are inspected for good condition prior to shipping. Should you find any damage please contact us within 24 hours of receipt or we will assume your order was received in good condition.

Sales Tax: Sales tax (6%) applies if you are a resident of the State of Florida or shipment is made to an address in Florida.

Exchanges Policy: Return for credit only. Artwork must be in perfect condition in order to receive credit. All returns must be shipped back to us in the original packaging material (i.e. mailing tube, enclosure papers, etc.) IMPORTANT: Gently roll the artwork inside of the oversized piece of brown paper from original packaging. Once rolled, secure the brown paper with strong packing tape to prevent the paper from expanding inside of the mailing tube.
